In The Wizard of Oz, Dorothy Gale learns the importance of home and family. We are very blessed at our home away from home to have a school community that comes together like a family every year to support our annual production. Unfortunately, we were unable to perform The Wizard of Oz, but we very much want to applaud all the hard work of everyone involved. We can’t say enough how much the time, dedication, and creativity of our talented parents and teachers was appreciated. Our young performers demonstrated such passion and commitment and the performances would have been wonderful. We may have taken a little detour on our walk down the yellow brick road, but everyone should be very proud of what they achieved. The heart, courage, and intelligence found in Oz is very much a part of our family at St. Michael!
